- Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow refunds. All products are sold AS-IS. If you believe there is a defect in a product, we may replace the product, after inspection, and send you a replacement. Your receipt of the replacement constitutes your acceptance of the item AS-IS and we have no further obligation to you.
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of transaction to inform us of, via the Contact page, of any product that you received and believe is defective. Any requests beyond the 7 day time frame, we are under no obligation to replace.
